A huge thank you to Olga, Anna and all the teachers from Skola Spoleczna (primary school), Rybnik. What a wonderful setting to have an outdoor course at the Stodoly hotel on the banks of the Rybnickie Lake! As part of their project “Empty classroom: outdoor education – Icelandic inspirations” funded by the EEA Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 Education Programme, we were invited to share our Smart Teachers Play More methodology outside. We had great fun exploring activities for academic learning, health and well-being as well as promoting the use of natural and eco-friendly resources. We had a great week sharing ideas and activities culminating in the teachers sharing their own good practice and developing new games and planning inspired by our week together. Thank you for your warm welcome, generosity and enthusiastic participation. We look forward to working with you again next year!

Here’s what some of the participants had to say

The course was just amazing.  Great fun and a lot of ideas to implement 😉 THANK YOU!  Olga, English Teacher and course organiser

Great training! I was interested in learning through play for a long time but I lacked ideas.  I got a lot of interesting new ideas and techniques.  Great trainers! Thank you very much!  Michál, school psychologist

The best course ever! Justyna, class teacher
