COURSE DESCRIPTION:

The STPM approach is rooted in principles from sports, storytelling, and mindfulness. By engaging multiple learning styles—visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and sensory—this method enriches both cognitive and physical development for all learners.

Current research highlights the need for movement and sensory experiences in learning to combat modern classroom challenges such as disengagement and early school leaving. The STPM methodology addresses these needs by providing structured, practical tools that increase both teacher and student well-being.  This approach promotes inclusion, enhances academic performance, and fosters positive classroom dynamics.
