Yes, We enthusiastically welcome participants from around the globe. All our courses are inclusive and are not limited to regions, nationalities, institutions, EU grants, any other professional affiliations or areas of expertise.

2. Which destinations do you offer for courses?
Our main course centres are located in Reykjavík, Iceland, Alicante, Spain, and Helsinki, Finland. Additionally, we offer tailored courses in various locations around the world, and also online courses.
3. How can I reach your customer support team?

4. What are your customer support hours?
Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 15:30 CET.
5. How long does it typically take to receive a response to my enquiry?
We usually respond within 48 hours. If for any reason you do not receive a response, please check your contact details and spam folder or contact us.
6. What is the duration of your courses?
All our scheduled courses have a duration of 7 days.
We also offer the option of 10-day combined courses, and 14-day combined courses on consecutive course sessions.
7. How many hours per day are your courses?
We provide and certify 5 hours of professional development per day, amounting to 35 hours of professional development in total for our 7 -day courses, 50 hours for our 10-day courses and 70 hours for our 15-day courses.

13. When do you confirm your courses?
At least one calendar year in advance.
14. Where is the course centre located in Reykjavík?
Our courses in Reykjavík are held in and around the Laugardalur Valley (Hot Spring Valley) which is a major centre for sports and recreation in Reykjavík.
15. Do I need to make payment to pre-register?
No, you do not need to make a payment to pre-register. We understand that many of our participants receive government funding or have certain business requirements, which may cause delays in the allocation of funds.

17. Can I pay by card or cash?
Fees are payable by bank transfer, as soon as you are ready to make payment please contact our Course Coordination Team at [email protected], and they will prepare your invoice for you.
18. Do you offer any discounts?
We offer discounts for groups of 8 plus, 15 plus and 30 plus participants attending on the same date.
We also offer discounts for returning participants.
19. What is the most convenient way to transfer from the airport to Reykjavík?
There is a shuttle bus from the airport to Reykjavík after each flight arrival. It costs around 30€ and will take you to your accommodation. There is no need to book in advance. You buy your ticket and give your details on leaving the airport.
Buses are located right outside the terminal building. On return, you can catch the bus at the City Centre (BSI).

20. What is the best way to get around Reykjavík?
Reykjavík is a charming, compact city where most attractions are within walking distance, making it easy to explore on foot.
Public transport in Reykjavík is also simple and relatively inexpensive.
