Hello, Iā€™m Kaja Kink, a passionate social work professional from Slovenia dedicated to innovative and inclusive education.Ā Drawing from my academic foundation in social work and my extensive experience in educational settings, I specialise in teaching methodologies based on emotional intelligence that nurture empathy and intercultural understanding.
Twelve years ago, I co-founded the FINI Institute, where we create initiatives that encourage empathy, acceptance and cultural engagement among educators and children. Our exceptional team includes experienced preschool educators, primary education experts, and a dedicated English language department. Together, we crafted the ENIA methodology, a strategy that not only develops social and communication skills but also deepens young learners' appreciation of empathy and acceptance.
My goal is to empower educators with practical tools and methods that enhance learning and cultivate a supportive, inclusive classroom environment. I am grateful to be part of a community that believes in the transformative power of education and the positive impact it can have on every childā€™s journey.
